Dream Weaver from Troegs Harrisburg, PA is another great example from their collection of beers. This unfiltered wheat beer tastes like a proper European style would. It is hearty without being filling, flavorful without over powering; just an overall good unfiltered wheat beer that does not try to hide what it is - an unfiltered wheat beer. Dream Weaver pours a pale yellow with a bright white head with a faint haze. The taste has notes of banana, orange/grapefruit and biscuit that seem to be spiced with nutmeg and cloves. There is a bit of chewy-ness to this beer from the yeast but it is relatively light-bodied. I found this to be a very balance wheat beer that has a lot of character.
