This is Saranac's interpretations of a Belgian Ale. This is no substitute for the real deal but a good beer to turn to, when you are looking for something in that style.

For starter, this Belgian Ale pours a cloudy amber with only a little head.

Aroma is sweet and very bready in a traditional Belgian Ale fashion.

There were also banana like flavors and many floral hops notes complimented by some sourness balanced by just a little bit of sweetness

What was very enjoyable was the carbonations. There was a lot of it and the bubbles felt very tiny and almost champagne like.

Definitely Belgian style but I would prefer the Belgian variety to this. Than again most Belgians are pricey so this is an affordable alternative.

Overall, I found this to be a nice drinkable beer.
