This is as nice a beer as the #9. My first impression of this is roasted and nutty.
Jinx pours a brown-amber with a nice off-white head, contrasting well with the beer.
There is a toasty aroma with some floral notes.
And the taste is really nice and warm. The initial flavor is toffee which transitions into a complimentary nuttiness.
I really enjoyed this beer and this is a nice compliment to Magic Hats #9. Where #9 is fruity and great for the summer, Jinx is warm and perfect for those cooler days.
