From Utica, NY, Fiddler's Green Brewing Company brings an easy-drinking amber ale without a lot of character.

Fiddler's Amber poured a deep rich gold that was bordering on orange.

The aroma was fairly light with some hints of mild caramel, bready-malt and some hoppiness. Pretty much there was nothing interesting about the aroma. It was very light and I had to try hard to detect the aroma.

This a very neutral ale as it it not to sweet and not to dry. The flavor was caramel malt and bread (yeast) like with a slightly bitter hop finish. The flavor profile of this beer just seemed to be off a little.

The Green Amber is drinkable.

This beer just did not do anything that really stood out. It was not offending but it was also not great.
