My site is undergoing renovation to a more borgeoise style
I'm a 28 yo. Bydlym z Steubenvilleu a Ohie. (I think that's right; declension is not my thing). Check out my pics of the hood where I'm from (and I made them all by myself). My recent computer Wallpaper shows a sign of George Bush going up in flames. I tried to upload to Christonium, but I ran into errors. I am currently recovering from having had lymphoma (which gives a new definition of the word "sucks"), and am trying to get back into the field of GIS. I would like to post some of the maps and stuff that I have made and am currently working on.

Why have I been the last person on earth not to discover Scissor Sisters?? Let me begin by saying Jake Shears voice is remarkable. Aside from the flamoyance and outrageouness of silk underpants and risque fashion, he and fellow scissor Anna perform with musical technique that is dangerous yet nailed. It's hard to believe the same extravagancia proleriata with which their music is performed can be combined with such solid music structure. The control of Jake's voice is remarkable. Their latest album, Te-Dah, came out in Nov 2007. This morning I decided to download it from amazon.com and was so literally excited by it that church had to wait. Just Kidding. I don't go to church. It left me in such a positive, optimistic mood that I would definately recommend it. The DVD is next.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/missingmodel/db/ Online today I encountered a show on BBC3 called 'Britian's Next Missing Top Model' which features a persona called 'Disability Bitch.' I included the web site above for reference. My question is, what the hell does this have to do with anything relevant?? Apparently DB loves being disabled and is, apparently, a real bitch. Up until this point I thought the UK was more advanced socially than the US. Apparently not..............

I have a Toshiba Satellite computer that came with a DVD-RAM drive. Ever since I got the computer almost two years ago, I've been having trouble with the drive. I figured out the problem came from when a CD sits arround in a plastic case or cloth covering for months unused. Then when I try to read from it, the drive reports an I/O error. I've discovered that the error comes from the "wrong" static charge on a CD, which is pretty much a negligable factor in most other CD/DVD drives. The DVD-RAM drive, however, is very sensative to electro-magnetic charges by it's nature and can malfunction under the wrong static-charged conditions. I imagine the static in the room enviornment also plays a part. That's my theory. If I "work" on a CD for about 20 minutes a day, Putting in and out of the drive and rubbing cloths and, of all things, by arm hairs against it, I can eventually build up the "right" charge on it. After about 3 to 7 days, it seems to work for some reason. It's a pain, but I think it beats replacing my DVD-RAM drive. I have yet to explain this one :-) TRN

>>> Writing an article on the future of the Republican party is sort of a stretch for be, being that I am an Independent-Democrat and am liberal. But never the less, here is my spiel. Let me begin by saying that the election of John McCain will not be the beginning of the new Republican party, but the end of the old Republican Party. That is my personal observation and therefore am entitled to it. Under the traditional Republican leadership, I do not see any room for social progress and advance. I do not see the end for the conservative social movement, just the Republicans. I think if John McCain has succeded in anything concerning the future of his party, it is people in their twenties and thirties abandoning it. McCain is knowledgeable and successful in certain areas of public policy, granted, but he also represent the Reagan era. The thing is the Reagan Administration is a piece of the past, not the future. There have been many changes socially, economically and technology-wise among others. You can learn from the past and I am a definate practicioner of that. But by association yourself so closely with the past, you will most likely fail in the future.

I have lived in Steubenville for over two years now, lived just outside of Steubenville for almost all of my life and still yet have to find out how to define Steubenville. I think maybe that's something wrong with Steubenville -- it has no real distinct identity. Besides work and raising kids, I still can't figure out what else people in Steubenville do. Drink. Do drugs. Watch TV. Go to church and join an abortion protest. I think people in Steubenville have no real entertainment options. Either that or they just don't want to do anything, ever. I'm beginning to notice that very few people in Steubenville are a complex mix of thoughts and ideas and dreams and sense of being. I would argue that Steubenville is really not a kid-freindly pleace. For a place that promotes family there are very few things for kids, or teenagers, to do. After 9 PM it is almost dead in this area.
