September Work & Play Update

Last couple of weeks have been rather busy, even though it might not seem like it from the lack of posts here. Actually, we've been at it making our own custom furniture, wanting to take advantage of the nice weather before the rains come and it becomes less pleasant to be outside sawing, chiseling and sanding!

So, we've had quite the workshop over here making a few pieces which have all turned out nice. We've also had our trusted crew over helping us getting the house ready for winter: painting and caulking and getting the house in good shape.

Of course, we can't work without good food and drinks, so the kitchen has been busy baking bread and doing quite a bit of cooking.

Oh, and what else: we finally have some upholstered furniture to sit on but more on that and making our own furniture later...
